Lantern Crest is pleased to announce that construction of the newest addition to our community has started. Located at 400 Lantern Crest Way in Santee, Lantern Crest is currently under construction of the third phase of the project. Lantern Crest is a multi-phase project with the first phase of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities (The Ridge at Lantern Crest) have been operating since 2012. The second phase of the project, a luxurious Independent Living community (The Pointe al Lantern Crest), has been opened since 2015. And now the third phase of the constructions is under way.
The third phase (The Plaza at Lantern Crest) consists of a 113-unit Independent Living community, providing its residents with a resort-style environment. The new development is designed with seniors and the best of San Diego in mind. Residents may opt for studio, one or two-bedroom apartments, each with private balconies and individual climate control to ensure their personal comfort.
