Lantern Crest Senior Living Personalized Care Program
The Lantern Crest Senior Living Personalized Care Program allows us to deliver highly-individualized services to each resident. All residents can determine their individual needs, which are calculated into a Point System. Staff will work with the residents to periodically review their needs and make adaptations to the Personalized Care Plan to reflect new preferences. The Personalized Care Point System can be used to determine the monthly apartment rate.

Lantern Crest is an independent senior living community in East San Diego County, California. Our mission is to promote happiness, hope, and resort-style living for each of our residents. Our property is located on 34 acres of land and offers panoramic views of San Diego County. We opened our facilities in 2013 and have expanded to include more senior living options every year.
