All Residents are provided with a Personalized Care Program based on their Individual needs, which are calculated into a Point System to determine their needs along with the monthly apartment rate. The Community will continue to monitor the Residents’ needs and periodically reassess the services provided.
Hear From Our Residents
Before I moved to Lantern Crest, I relied on my children and neighbors to help me with my medications, take me to doctor’s appointments, and prepare my meals. Now that the Dedicated Caregivers at Lantern Crest have taken over that assistance, my family and I have far more time to simply relax and enjoy each other’s company. My grandkids especially love visiting, as they have a blast in the outdoor pool. So do I, when I’m working out in my Aquasize classes. I’m also part of a Tight-Knit Social Group, and look forward to the Men’s Club meetings where I can share stories with the other Resident Veterans. My only wish is that my family had found Lantern Crest sooner!
