Before I moved to Lantern Crest, I relied on my children and neighbors to help me with my medications, take me to doctor's appointments, and prepare my meals. Now that the dedicated caregivers at Lantern Crest have taken over that assistance, my family and I have far more time to simply relax and enjoy each other's company. My grandkids especially love visiting, as they have a blast in the outdoor pool. So do I, when I'm working out in my Aquasize classes.
